Athletics Auckland Senior Track and Field Championships 2021

All athletes MUST familiarise themselves with these rules before submitting their entry.
Grades: U14, U16, U18, U20, Senior, U17 Para, U20 Para and Senior Para - age as at 31/12/2021
Masters Grades - age as at 6/2/2021
Entry fee: $20.00 covers all championship events - 3000m, 5000m, Track & Field Championships & Combined Events Championships.
***U14 athletes intending to compete in the 80m Hurdles, 200m Hurdles, 2000m Steeplechase, Race Walk, Pole Vault, Triple Jump, Javelin and Hammer must be training in these events. The athlete's coach or parent needs to supply a letter addressed to the Technical Delegate and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm this.
When entering an event you will be asked to enter a Qualification Standard. This is your season best from 1st April 2020 to the day you are entering. If you are entering an event you haven't competed in this season you will need to enter a personal best.
When asked for your Club Name please copy the name of your club from the list on the Club Names tab. This must be correct as the system will not accept your entry otherwise. If you are from out of Auckland please use your centre name which can also be found on the Club Names tab.
Close of Entries
Entries close at midnight Wednesday 27th January 2021. After this date the online entry system will automatically cease operation. NO Late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
Athletics Auckland has a no refund policy.
The entry list will be available on the Athletics Auckland website as soon as possible after entries close. Athletes MUST inform Athletics Auckland immediately if there have been any errors with their entry or if they wish to withdraw from any events.
Timetable of Events
The final timetable will be available on the Athletics Auckland website as soon as possible after entries close. It is the responsibility of each athlete to ensure they are aware of the start time of their events.
Bib Numbers and Uniform
Athletes will be issued with two competition numbers. Club Uniforms are compulsory as per Athletics New Zealand Supplementary Rule S143.2. Athletes will not be allowed to compete unless correct bib numbers and uniform are worn.
Check in/Call Room
Times are published in the Technical Regulations for the Championships. These times will be enforced.
Athletics Auckland will enforce the Failure to Participate rule. Scratchings will not be accepted at the call room. If you wish to scratch from an event you must do so at TIC at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time so events can be re-drawn if required.
